Since 2013, Tobias Viße and Ben Cudok have been building Rent.Group’s southernmost branch in a city renowned for quality, culture, and economic vitality. What began as a logistical challenge during bauma has since evolved into a high-performing, well-established location—powered by more than 90 team members, a strong sense of purpose, and a deep connection to the wider network.In 2010, the Bremen location was added, continuing this development and strengthening the network in the north.
How It All Started
Ben and Tobias first encountered Party.Rent from a client’s perspective. As event and hotel partners involved in international events, they had worked with Bocholt and Berlin for years — and in the process, they recognized not only the quality but also the potential of the network. Driven by the desire to create something of their own, they took a bold step in 2013: launching the Munich location.
The early days were anything but easy—no warehouse, no infrastructure, but a major trade fair on the horizon and a clear ambition. There was no time to hesitate. What followed was steady, hands-on growth—with clearly defined roles, strong team spirit, and plenty of operational energy.
