Design & Decoration
Our design team develops event concepts in 2D and 3D visualizations on request. Our decoration teams bring these concepts to life in every detail — from spatial and table decoration to graphic and floral elements, as well as wall and flooring solutions. The result is a cohesive environment, whether permanent interiors or temporary settings for private celebrations, large-scale events, or sports formats.
Setup & Dismantling Service
We handle setup and dismantling on site for you. Reliable, precise, and professionally executed, with craftsmanship and logistical expertise. This ensures quality implementation and lays the foundation for an inspiring atmosphere and a successful event.
Project Management & Coordination
Precise control for time-critical occasions. We support you in coordinating every process, from setup through execution. Our experienced project managers work closely with you and guide your project with accuracy in both time and space.
On Site Logistics Service
Our logistics team handles both your own and third party materials throughout your event, ensuring your infrastructure runs smoothly at all times. We provide responsive, end to end support from supply coordination and inventory management to flexible on site adjustments. So you can stay focused on what matters most.
Transport and Logistics Network
We operate a fleet of over 120 vehicles with our own drivers, supported by a Europe wide logistics network and a bespoke transport system. Our fleet is managed using real time data, satellite technology, RFID, and advanced tracking systems. Thanks to integrated lifting platforms, no forklift is required on site. Our large vehicles offer up to eight times the capacity of conventional vans. This reduces trips, distances, and costs while lowering environmental impact.
Repair & Refurbish
We sustainably refurbish our materials to ensure they remain reliable and in circulation for the long term. In our own workshops, paint booths, and with specialized repair teams, we significantly extend their lifespan. What we do for our own inventory, we can also do for yours.
Return Service
Our return teams manage the collection and handover of used tableware and catering equipment directly on site. We gather materials at defined collection points, relieving your service and catering staff and ensuring smooth logistical processes throughout your event.
On-site Handling & Cleaning
Our handling and cleaning teams wash tableware and organize catering equipment directly on site. With our own mobile dishwashing systems integrated into the event flow, we reduce the workload for your staff and allow your service and catering teams to focus on their core tasks.
Long-term Rental
We offer flexible long-term rental models, from short-term use to permanent solutions, with durations ranging from weeks to years. Renting instead of buying reduces capital investment. Maintenance, replacement, storage, and, if required, cleaning are all handled by us. You stay flexible and can respond immediately to changing needs. At the same time, our circular model conserves resources sustainably.
Quality & Service Level Management
For time-critical projects where there is little room for correction, we ensure dependable processes. We meet service level agreements through structured quality management and continuously optimize our lean, warehouse, and logistics operations. Our network spans Europe, as do our products. Daily Solutions
With Daily Solutions, we deliver clean tableware to caterers, restaurants, and other businesses on a daily basis. We continuously replenish on-site stock and hygienically clean plates, cutlery, and glassware in our high-performance washing facilities, reliably supporting your operations.
Insurance
Mistakes happen. They only become a problem when you are not properly insured. Our Insurance Service Unit provides tailored coverage solutions so you can feel secure before, during, and after your event, with no unpleasant surprises.
