Niklas Welland
Niklas Welland joined as Managing Director in 2023. He brings extensive experience in commercial management and a systems-based understanding of organizational structure, processes, and sustainable business growth. With a clear ability to bridge strategic vision and hands-on execution, he has worked with the team to build long-lasting, sustainable structures.
Dina Schmalz
Dina Schmalz has been part of the team since day one, when the location first opened its doors. Starting in sales, she has become a trusted point of contact for many long-standing partners through her consistency and deep understanding of client needs. Today, she leads the sales department and joined the management team in 2023. She has a keen eye for her colleagues' potential and a strong motivation to bring everyone along on the path to success.
